Since the dawn of time, singing, music and their vibrational frequencies have been an integral part of human civilization. Sacred texts from ancient civilizations relate the use of sound in many healing rituals. These therapeutic techniques have been used for  millennia to relieve pain. Recently, several studies have demonstrated the relaxing power of music as well as its role in reducing chronic pain.

Sound healing is a so-called holistic therapy that considers the individual as a whole. Sound and vibration act on the body, emotions, mind and spirit to improve the health and well-being of the patient. Everything in the Universe is vibration: every organ, cell, bone, tissue and fluid in the body, as well as the electromagnetic fields that surround the body, have a vibrational frequency. Since our body is made up of approximately 70% water, it is extremely receptive to vibrations and sound waves which will provide it with many positive effects. It is this water that will act as a conductor and diffuse the vibrations through the cells. These vibrational frequencies will act not only on cells, but also on liquids, meridians, muscular and bone structure, the nervous system and energy centers (Chakras). When we experience physical tension, emotional blockages, stress, illness, our vibrational frequency is disrupted and drops. Through the frequencies specific to each instrument, the sounds and vibrations resonate with our body to rebalance its internal structure and energy and thus contribute to the healing process. Lulled by the vibrations, you can indulge in complete relaxation and letting go, thus exploring states of modified consciousness in complete safety. Some people will experience it simply as a relaxing sound journey. For others, the body de-stresses, harmonizes and balances itself. For some others, blockages, pain and troubles can be released. Each session is unique, and everyone perceives this experience according to their current state of mind. It is therefore impossible to live the same experience twice. Not having any expectations, coming with a curious and open mind greatly helps to be present and fully welcome what is happening.
