Soul Coaching® 28-day program

Soul Coaching® is a 28-day support program that is accessible to everyone. The program is divided into four one-week periods. Each week is dedicated to one of the 4 elements – Air (mental), Water (emotional), Fire (spiritual), Earth (physical). The different daily exercises will allow you to take an honest look at yourself and your life, to face your fears, to free yourself from your blockages, negative patterns and limiting beliefs. Step by step, through this powerful process you  createthe life you want, the one that suits you. This spiritual process allows you to live a more meaningful life, and to bring more simplicity, delight and joy into your life. It helps you to move through the different stages of your life with confidence, courage and grace. For more in-depth work, the program can be done over 28 weeks.

(4 – 8 people maximum)

The program includes:

– 6 group coaching sessions in person or
via Zoom

– course material with the 3 levels of exercises for each day.

– 28 audio files – 1 per day, including a mini-meditation and explanations of the exercises
for the day.
