General Terms & Practical Information

Thank you for your trust. Here are the terms and practical details regarding sound healing sessions, coaching programs, and workshops offered by Aiyana – Catherine Vaudano. They aim to ensure clarity, respect, and balance in every collaboration.

1. Purpose

These terms apply to all services offered by Aiyana – Catherine Vaudano, including:

• individual sound healing sessions,
• coaching programs, and personal development workshops.

Any booking or participation implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

Individual Sound Healing Sessions:
Bookings can be made via message, email, or the indicated booking link. Payment is made on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed.

Coaching Programs and Workshops:
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking to confirm your place. The remaining balance is due no later than the first day of the program

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Sound Healing Sessions:
Any cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. After this deadline, the session will be charged in full.

Coaching Programs and Workshops:

• Cancellation by the participant:
  • More than 30 days prior to the start: 100% refund of the deposit.
  • Between 30 and 14 days prior to the start: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Less than 14 days prior to the start: no refund.
  • Once the program has begun, no refund or rescheduling is possible.
• Cancellation by Aiyana – Catherine Vaudano: In the event of cancellation on my part, the participant will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

4. Rescheduling or Changes

In case of illness, significant unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure, rescheduling of a session or program may be proposed, when possible. Rescheduling remains at the sole discretion of the organizer.

5. Responsibility

The services offered aim to support well-being and personal growth. They do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Each participant remains responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental state.

6. Confidentiality & Personal Data

All information shared during sessions or programs is strictly confidential and will never be disclosed without prior consent.

Collected data (name, email, phone, etc.) is used solely for administrative purposes and communication related to Aiyana – Catherine Vaudano’s services. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties (see Privacy Policy).

7. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (serious illness, major unforeseen event, natural disaster, etc.), Aiyana – Catherine Vaudano reserves the right to postpone or cancel a service. Participants will be informed as soon as possible and refunded where applicable.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The legal venue is the registered place of business of Aiyana – Catherine Vaudano.
